Teaching Goals

I believe teaching methods should be consistent, yet unpredictable.  I believe teaching methods should be adjusted according to the skill set of your students and according to the subject and course outcomes.  My teaching methods include, but are not limited to:

• Engagement and personal interaction with my students.
• Utilizing various teaching adn instructional methods including lecture, small group discussions, technological interactions such as Padlet and Pear Deck, off-campus excursions, student led activities and interactive games.
• Mentoring and practicing empathy.
• Building relationships with my students.
